Mama D's cooks barbecue and seafood at the 34th Street South address that was Big Tim's Bar-B-Q, the last room of a Pinellas barbecue name Timothy 'Big Tim' Walters started in 1968. The Tampa Bay Times reported Big Tim's closing after his family had carried it on following his death in 2009.
